so here we go...everyone.

the beginning to my new adventure...in culinary. it's not a surprise to anyone who knows me, i have an obsession...with food. my passion is food, my hobbies are food, my LIFE revolves around, you guessed it, food. so what better than to share this obsession with all of you! i've got a real passion for cooking and baking, my brain functions in and around the kitchen, 24 hours of the day. you see a vase full of colorful flowers..i see a serving glass with creamy pesto surrounded by bell peppers, cilantro, and figs. i'm serious...its an obsession. i get my ideas from anything and everything, anytime of the day (or middle of the night). to be honest some of my most creative ideas come with one eye closed and the other straining to see how many cups of butter Paula just added to her...well anything. so you get it, i love cooking, i love baking, i love food, and i am going to .love. sharing my ideas, tips, and PASSION for culinary, with all of you. enjoy friends.

why didn't i think of this?

simple. easy. delicious.














ideas you may not have thought of...so i did for you.

  • get your daily dose of protein by adding cottage cheese to a lot of your normal, everyday dishes. can't stand the taste of this creamy white cheese?...try adding it to a bowl of your favorite yogurt, give it a quick mix (throw in some fresh fruit if you'd like) and your off and running..literally-it tastes great and gives you some of that extra energy you've been needing.
  • or...add this energy packed ingredient to your scrambled eggs in the morning..yeah, beat it right in with your eggs, cheese, broccoli, avacoado..whatever you like to do. it adds a little 'umph' to the mix and that protein you love.
